This package is for you are:

  • Living more in your mind than your physical reality, not taking action.
  • Easily irritated, angry, or upset. 
  • Experiencing social anxiety when going out in public settings.
  • Looking for new strategies to manage daily life with more ease and grace.
  • Interested in personalized support to create better habits and be held accountable to following through.

Together we will uncover the reasons for your underlying anxiety so you can move forward with a sense of peace and mental clarity. This is a highly action oriented experience, so you will have assignments to implement in realtime so you can begin experiencing relief right away. You'll receive strategies that you can take with you for the rest of your life. I will be available to support you along the way with Zoom 1:1 sessions and texts/voice note access via Telegram in between in sessions. 

I keep in touch with my clients long after our time together is over and I have watched them explore new passions, go off their anxiety medication (under the watch of a medical professional), and experience breakthroughs in their goals when anxiety was no longer ruling their lives. 

*Please note that coaching does not double as therapy. If your anxiety is debilitating or if you have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder or depression, you do not qualify for coaching. However, you may be in coaching and therapy concurrently.
